We know not all patients have dental insurance, so we also accept alternatives to paying for dental care through CareCredit.

Insurance Providers

Our office accepts many major insurance plans including Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Principal and United Concordia. We're also in-network Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield and Delta Dental. If you have an insurance provider that isn't in-network, your coverage depends on whether or not your plan offers out-of-network benefits. We’re happy to file and track your claims for you to ensure that you’re getting the most out of your benefits. We just ask that you bring your insurance card to each appointment, so we can make sure your information is as up-to-date as possible.
